The duration of the full-time Intensive English for International Students program depends on your current language level. You may be exempted from the English language requirement if you meet the following requirements: English Language Requirements (ELR).

All international applicants must provide proof of their English Language Proficiency at the time of application. If you do not meet the requirements, you will need to take an approved English language assessment. Students who do not submit an approved language test result are required to take 3 terms (one year) of the IEIS program.

If you want to apply for Intensive English for International Students (IEIS) followed by an academic program follow these steps (please visit how to apply for more information):

• Start an online application and answer all the required questions.
• On the Educational Background page, for the “Indicate how you will meet English language requirements” question, select Intensive English for International Students from the drop-down menu.
• Complete your application and submit the application fee.
