How can I access my student email?

If you are a current or new student, you can access your student email through HUB https://hub.rrc.ca/HUB/. (If you are a new student, you will receive access to your student email once your application is at the Admit status). Student mailboxes are deleted 180 days (6 months) after your last class has ended (unless you start attending another class before the 180 days is over). After 180 days, you will have access to only your Payments and Profile information. If you register for classes after 180 days have passed, your email account will be reactivated a couple of days before classes start. If your mailbox had any contents in it when it was deactivated, the contents may have been erased.
