What is a citation?
Answer
Clicking on the title of a record in OneSearch will bring you into the details where you can see more about the item. Within these details users have the option to generate a permalink or generate a citation for the record in multiple formats and export to reference management software.
If you are viewing a search result within OneSearch it does not necessarily mean the library has full-text access to that journal through our databases. We include results beyond our collection to streamline discovery, and provide users the ability to find a citation or abstract for relevant articles, and use our system to place Interlibrary Loan requests.
RRC Polytech students have access to RefWorks online. This software simplifies the process of research, collaboration, data organization, and writing by providing an easy-to-use tool for citation, bibliography, and reference management.
