How do I report a Library-related tech problem?

Go to the "My Tickets" system to report your Library-related problems such as streaming video, Library web site, LibGuides, LibChat and LibAnswers, OneSearch, Library Proxy, Equipment Booking, and problems accessing databases such as EBSCOHost.
Select 'New Ticket" and then choose "Library Systems and Websites" under 'Accounts, Passwords, Logins, Permissions" or "Classroom or Lab" drop-down menus.
