The Academic Success Centre offers a wide range of individual and group tutoring options aimed at helping RRC Polytechnic students be successful in their chosen program or course. 

How to Book a Tutoring Appointment:

  1. Log in to HUBThen, click the TracCloud link found in the 'applications' list.
  2. Search TracCloud for available tutoring sessions:  Go to the 'Schedule an appointment with the Academic Success Centre' panel then, CHOOSE A SUBJECT.
  3. Follow directions according to the service topic (service / reason): Course Content Tutoring, Drop-In Help Desk, etc.
  4. click SEARCH

You are also welcome to visit Help Desk Drop-In Tutoring where you can bring your course content related questions, or fill out the Tutoring & Academic Coaching Request Form online to have a an ASC staff member follow up to discuss your personal needs.


Academic Coaches work one-on-one with students to help set and accomplish academic goals by employing research-backed study and motivational strategies.

How to Request an Academic Coach: 

  1. Fill-out the Tutoring and Coaching Request Form, or
  2. Email tutoring@rrc.ca with the subject line: Academic Coaching Request

Writing Tutoring, the Writing Centre has two individual tutoring options available: 

  1. Writing tutoring online or in person Go through HUB>Trac Cloud to book a writing tutor.
    a. Select your course from the drop-down menu.
    b. Select ASC Tutoring Service: Writing & English Language Supports.
    c. In the pop-up window, select Writing Tutoring and then Search. 
    d. Select your preferred meeting time and location. Save.
  2. Writing Support via Email.

We also offer Writing Drop-in Tutoring

You are welcome to join our online noon-hour writing workshop series, Building Your Writing Foundation: Workshop Series Winter 2024 which covers skills such as, Writing Professional Emails.
