When I connect to UpToDate it asks me to register, however, I have already registered in the past

UpToDate - Connecting to your old account

Users who are returning to re-enable their UpToDate account, may find when they click the link from our AZ list they are asked to re-register. This behavior is due to changes ITS recently made to the authentication of our proxy server. Returning users who want to connect to their old UpToDate account should follow these instructions.

1. When prompted to register, look for a "login" link just above the registration fields.  Click this link and then login with your existing UpToDate username and password. Your existing individual account will be connected to your new account.

2. If you don't remember your username and password, follow the prompts to recover these details.

3. If you have bypassed the initial registration prompt, click the dropdown arrow next to "Red River College User" and choose the Account.  Then click the "click here to register" link to reopen the needed registration page. Follow the instructions in step 1 above.
