For help with information technology outside of the Library (MFA, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, LEARN, Office365, RRC Wireless, PaperCut, etc.), consult ITS' Help Guides or contact the virtual ITS Service Desk in HUB. Claim your account or reset your password at hub.rrc.ca
For Library-related technical help, contact the Library to report a problem (databases, TracCloud, streaming video, OneSearch, LibCal events and bookings, EBSCOhost, resource permalinks, etc.), or consult the Library Systems Status page.
The Academic Success Centre also offers appointments with Tech tutors and a self-led LEARNing course called Technology Literacy.
