Answer
The NDC Library is located in room CM18. This is on the mall level of C building. The Mall level is the lower-most level, when entering any main level doors, you will be going down the stairs.
Entering on foot from the main bus loop entrance to C-Building, use the leftmost entrance doors to enter the building directly to the Library hallway, and walk straight north following signs for the Library.
To access the mall level of C-Building by elevator, there is a ramp located right of the bus loop entrances to access the C-Building security entrance, and then use elevator located next to the Security Office.
Alternately use the west entrance to D-Building and follow signs to the elevators located by the Student Service Centre.
