Can I cancel my test once it's booked?

No. It is very important that you ensure you have selected the correct test before you complete your booking and make your payment.
If you are unsure about the type of test to select, please review the information on our website or contact us directly prior to booking. Once you have booked a test session and made your payment, you will not be able to cancel your session. You can reschedule your own test session up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled date at no additional cost. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled date, you must contact us directly; please note a $55 rescheduling fee will apply.
