How do I reschedule my test session?

You can reschedule your own test session through our scheduling platform up to 48 hours prior to your test date at no additional cost.
Please see “How to Reschedule” for detailed instructions about rescheduling your test session. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your test date, you must contact us to do so, but please note a $55 rescheduling fee will apply.
