How do I schedule my off-campus exam (for part-time and online education programs)?

Off Campus exams may only be scheduled for students living outside of Winnipeg who cannot write at RRC Polytech’s Testing and Assessment Centre. Students must complete their examinations in person in an approved Exam Invigilation Centre.
Students writing off campus exams must first make arrangements with an approved exam invigilator to complete their exam. Once arrangements have been confirmed, students must complete the exam request form.
The Off-Campus exam request form must be submitted a minimum of seven business days prior to the requested exam date. Once your exam has been scheduled and set, an email confirmation will be sent to your RRC Polytech academic email account with the exam details.
Please note most invigilation centres charge for invigilation services. Any costs associated with exam invigilation are the responsibility of the student.
